We’re proud to be a locally owned and operated Flower Mound practice where our team doesn’t just work here, we live and raise our families here, too! Your First Visit

With 4 hygienists, and 3 dentists, our staff will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. If you cannot make your appointment, please call our office 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
Flower Mound Family Dentistry participates in a large number of insurance plans; however, you will need to verify our participation with your particular plan before you come in for an appointment.

What to Bring
- Completed patient information forms
- Name, address and phone number of your pharmacy
- Insurance card(s)
- Driver’s license
- Any previous medical records, especially test results
- Arrive 15 minutes early
Please review directions to our building and plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Please arrive 20 minutes ahead of your appointment if you need to fill out your paperwork at the office.
